Trent Perry

Hello, I’m Trent Perry. I became a therapist because I believe deeply in the power of human connection to heal and transform. My passion is helping clients bring balance and harmony into their lives, focusing on overcoming trauma and letting go of the residual pain it leaves behind. Together, we’ll work to navigate life’s challenges—both past and present—with compassion and resilience.

I work to understand how trauma impacts your life so we can create a meaningful plan to help you reach your goals. I believe in your innate resilience and healing capacity, and I approach therapy in an integrative and practical way, celebrating each step of progress. I am  introvert/extrovert that loves finding joy in playing with my child and dog in the backyard. Having personally experienced the journey of healing through therapy, I understand the challenges of managing anxiety and unresolved trauma. This fuels my passion for helping hardworking adults who feel stuck to find stability and wholeness again.

Specialized in EMDR (Trauma Therapy) with over 7 years of experience

Trained in utilizing various methods that are tailored to individual needs, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Positive Psychology, and Motivational Interviewing Therapy, One size does not fit all!
